A very positive experience. The manager was knowledgeable about the car, quite happy to discuss any matters, but was not pushy in any way at all. After the test drive he was happy to let me think about the purchase before coming back to me. Once I had decided to buy the car, he ran through any optional extras and said that the car would be put through a service and MOT test before I should pick it up. Turns out that some work was needed which was done immediately and at no additional cost to me. On pick up the staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall, I could not have had a better experience
